{{connRegisterDancer.data.selectedEvent[0].schName}} have been invited to take part in 'Take the Stage' at {{connRegisterDancer.data.selectedEvent[0].venueName}} in {{connRegisterDancer.data.selectedEvent[0].venueTown}} on {{connRegisterDancer.data.selectedEvent[0].eventDate.formatDate("dddd dd MMMM, yyyy")}} at {{connRegisterDancer.data.selectedEvent[0].eventTime.formatDate("h:mm a")}}. This is a fantastic opportunity for young performers to work in a {{connRegisterDancer.data.selectedEvent[0].venueCapacity}} seater, professional theatre which is home to some of the worlds top musicals, singers, comedians and orchestras. Your child has been invited to join the {{connRegisterDancer.data.selectedEvent[0].schName}} cast, giving them the opportunity to work in this prestigious venue, alongside other local performing arts schools. The school will rehearse and perform in two numbers as well as a big ensemble finale with the entire cast of the show.

Following the success of Take the Stage {{connRegisterDancer.data.selectedEvent[0].eventPreviousYear}}, tThere is a high demand for performance spaces and a limited number of places available. In order for your child to be involved, there is a £{{connRegisterDancer.data.selectedEvent[0].eventPrice}} production fee, which includes a ‘Take the Stage’ t-shirt to be worn in the finale. Each performer is also required to sell a minimum of 3 tickets for the performance, which can be bought through {{connRegisterDancer.data.selectedEvent[0].venueName}} box office. In order for {{connRegisterDancer.data.selectedEvent[0].schName}} to secure their slot, they have committed to bringing {{connRegisterDancer.data.selectedEvent[0].schCastRequirement}} cast members who will perform on the day, therefore your school will be looking for a commitment from both performers and parents, who we hope will be as excited as we are about the opportunity to perform at such a reputable venue.

To accept a place for your young performer, please complete the permission slip and photographic consent form below, as well as the secure online payment to process the required £{{connRegisterDancer.data.selectedEvent[0].eventPrice}} production fee.

Every customer booking seats will be asked which school they are affiliated with, in order for us to check that every school and cast member has met the minimum 3 tickets per person quota. Good Luck Message

Would you like to wish your young performer good luck for their performance or follow tradition and tell them to ‘Break a Leg’?

For an additional £5 you can submit a good luck message for the Take the Stage programme by completing the field below. Programmes will be available in {{connRegisterDancer.data.selectedEvent[0].venueName}} foyer on the day of your child's performance.

Photographic Use Policy
  • Take the Stage would like to use photographs and filmed footage from rehearsals and performances for future publications and marketing, local press, social media sites and our website.
  • Take the Stage will not publish any image of a minor unless his or her parent or legal guardian has granted permission below.
  • Group photos do not require consent before publication.
  • Cast members without photographic consent will unfortunately be unable to take part in the TTS finale.
Parent/Guardian Consent
  • I understand my child will be required all day on {{connRegisterDancer.data.selectedEvent[0].eventDate.formatDate("dddd dd MMMM, yyyy")}} for a rehearsal prior to the performance at {{connRegisterDancer.data.selectedEvent[0].eventTime.formatDate("h:mm a")}}.
  • I agree to purchase a minimum of 3 tickets for Take the Stage {{connRegisterDancer.data.selectedEvent[0].eventDate.formatDate("yyyy")}} at {{connRegisterDancer.data.selectedEvent[0].venueName}}.
  • I confirm that my child is fit and well to take part in Take the Stage and should this change, I will inform the organisers of the event.
